Mr. Vanry has 18 years experience managing and financing natural resource companies, including 3 years in charge of financial operations at Cumberland Resources Ltd. Steve will serve as corporate secretary of Frontera and he also serves in management with several other resource companies.   Mark Distler CFO Mark Distler was appointed Interim CFO on February 26, 2009. He joined Frontera in 2007 as the Corporate Controller. Mr. Distler has over 20 years of experience in the natural resource industry. He started his career in the accounting department at Southwest Forest Industries, Inc. before joining Phelps Dodge Mining Company (a subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.) in 1987. In 20 years with Phelps Dodge, Mr. Distler had roles of increasing responsibility. From 1996-2001, he was the Accounting Manager and from 2001 until his departure, he was the Accounting Team Leader.   Jesus Gutiérrez Director General Jesus Gutiérrez is a specialist in solvent extraction - electrowinning (SXEW) plant operation and metallurgical testing and has spent his career developing copper mining projects in Mexico. He built the first SXEW plant in Latin America at Cananea, Mexico. As CEO of the Mariquita SXEW project in Cananea, Jesus led programs which significantly increased the project's reserve base and greatly improved the efficiency of the operation. Jesus is a native of Mexico.
