Steve will serve as corporate secretary of Frontera and he also serves in management with several other resource companies.   Jesus Gutiérrez Director General Jesus Gutiérrez is a specialist in solvent extraction - electrowinning (SXEW) plant operation and metallurgical testing and has spent his career developing copper mining projects in Mexico. He built the first SXEW plant in Latin America at Cananea, Mexico. As CEO of the Mariquita SXEW project in Cananea, Jesus led programs which significantly increased the project's reserve base and greatly improved the efficiency of the operation. Jesus is a native of Mexico.
