Description of Debenture Terms
FCC.NT:TSX - C$64,510,000 Notes $1,000 principal amount senior unsecured notes maturing June 15, 2010 and bearing interest at the rate of 10% per year, payable semi-annually on June 15 and December 15 of each year. Frontera Copper may redeem the notes in whole or in part at any time after June 15, 2009 for cash at 101% of the principal amount of the notes plus accrued interest.
