| | | Dr. Matthew Gray, Ph.D. Technical Consultant
Dr. Matthew Gray is Co-Founder and President of Resource Geosciences de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (RGM), a consulting firm that provides professional geoscience services to exploration and mining companies and government agencies. Matt holds degrees from the Colorado School of Mines (B.Sc., Geological Engineering and Ph.D., Geology with a minor in Mineral Economics) and the University of Arizona (M.Sc., Geosciences). He is an A.I.P.G. Certified Professional Geologist (C.P.G. 10688) and a CSA NI 43-101 Qualified Person. Matt's 20 years of international exploration experience include directing generative exploration programs and managing advanced project evaluations for Placer Dome and Cambior in the United States, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Papua New Guinea, and Mexico. In addition to technical skills and experience related to mineral and water exploration and development, he has successfully managed mine permitting, water rights, and community relocation issues related to mine development in Mexico. Matt is bilingual in English and Spanish and resides in Mexico.

Robert Loewen has 35 years of metals marketing, trading and risk management experience. As President of Robert J. Loewen & Associates of Scottsdale, Arizona, a metal marketing advisory and sales agency, he has undertaken numerous advisory assignments for leading copper mining and fabricating companies including Konkola Copper Mines (Zambia), CVRD (Brazil), Nexans Inc. (Canada), and International Wire Group (U.S.). Prior to forming the company he spent 17 years with Cyprus Amax Minerals, rising to the position of Vice President Sales with responsibility for concentrates, ingot, cathode and rod marketing from operations in Australia, Chile, Peru and the U.S. He was jointly responsible for negotiating the world's largest SXEW copper cathode sales and financing agreement as part of the $1 billion El Abra (Chile) senior debt package. He has been a member of the American Bureau of Metal Statistics (past Chairman), American Copper Council (past director), Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (Mineral Economics Committee), International Wrought Copper Council (Joint Forecasting Committee), and U.S. Dept. of Commerce's Industry Sector Advisory Committee for Metals and Minerals.
